Pricing, plainly.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Filament is the card — designed, shared, and capturing leads. Ember is the voice layer on top: put your phone in your pocket during a conversation and it writes down what you promised, with dates. Everything in Filament is in both plans.
Do I need a physical card?
No. Filament works as a link and a QR code from the moment you sign up — nothing to wait for in the mail. If you already own an NFC tag or card, the app writes your card onto it in a few seconds. We are not selling cards yet.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything to the end of the period you paid for. After that the card pauses — but nothing is deleted. Everyone you captured stays readable and exportable, and resubscribing brings it all back.
What does an AI redesign cost?
One is included every month. If you want another before the month is out, it is $5.
